Golf-Related Cabin Questions:

• Is golf included with my stay?
  • Yes, golf is now included with all cabin stays! Cabin guests receive a day of unlimited golf for up to four players per night stayed, cart and range balls included. Cabin guests also have exclusive access to lookout green, our brand new putting green located in the cabins' backyard. Please note that golf is subject to availability, weather, and maintenance schedules. All golf must be coordinated with pro-shop.

• What is the Lookout Green?
  • The Lookout Green is a brand new putting green located in the cabins’ backyard and will be exclusively for use by cabin guests. Guests are welcome to use the green freely from dawn to dusk.

• Can cabin guests golf during the closed season?
  • We will be allowing cabin guests to golf during the closed season as weather and maintenance schedules allow. Details and Policies TBA.

• I’m not a golfer, can I stay?
  • Absolutely! Everyone is welcome. If you’d like to learn, Tokatee is a great place to start. Rental clubs for adults and kids are available in the pro-shop and can be used at the Lookout Green, the driving range, or on the course. Lessons are also available at the pro-shop

General Cabin Questions:

• Are both cabins the same?
  • Yes, both cabins have the same floorplan and near identical furnishings. The Sims cabin is closest to Tokatee’s entrance road but has wide open views of the golf course and Lookout Ridge. The Craig cabin is further from the entrance road but has partially obstructed views due to being closer to the tree line.

• What are the sleeping arrangements?
  • There are four bedrooms, each with one king-size bed.

• Do you have roll-away beds, trundles, air-mattresses?
  • We do not have any of the above, the four king beds are the only mattresses we have. 

• Are children allowed?
  • Yes, bring the whole family! Keep in mind juniors can golf at Tokatee for only $5 a round. We do not provide pack-n-plays so please bring your own if you have an infant.

• Are pets allowed?
  • Sorry, no pets allowed.

• What is your cancellation policy? 
  • 96% of your booking price will be refunded if you cancel 30 or more days before your stay. 50% of your booking price will be refunded if you cancel less than 30 days before your stay. We do not offer refunds for weather, wildfire smoke, or unplanned power outages of less than 8 hours.
